How you tell a cleaner is any good

The useful reviews are the boring ones. She's been coming every other Tuesday for six years. The showers aren't cloudy. Nobody has to leave a sticky note about the microwave. One five-star after a move-out clean doesn't tell you much. A family that kept the same woman through two kids and a dog does.

Most of what people complain about is simple: late, rushed, a different person than last time, stuff moved around. The cleaners who last around here show up, do the glass, and send a text if 210 is a parking lot.
